  3. I have a serious dislike of anything that tastes and smells like bananas, but I’m really interested in your Guava Cream Cheese Swirl. I really want to know what this cream cheese teases like. Can it be made without the the cashew nuts?

Out of interest, can bread be made with another fruit instead of bananas? I’ve only ever heard of banana bread, which got me wondering

UnwantedLife, cream cheese is similar to the texture of thick yogurt with the flavor of cheese. You may add any nut of choice or you can leave it out. I have a new recipe that I will be posting soon; you are going to like it, so stay tuned.

  4. You’re right. Definitely flavours that I wouldn’t have put in the same recipe! However, it looks and sounds delicious and is definitely something I want to try before summer’s out.
    Thanks for sharing.

  5. It’s clear my banana bread game needs upgrading and this is the upgrade. There isn’t any ingredient noted, I wouldn’t get onboard with. Especially welcome the oats. That guava cream cheese however… Eye opener

I love the unique ingredient combinations. It’s guava season where I am, I’m going to have to attempt this.
