The Gourmia Air Fryer is easy to use and with the touch of a few digital buttons, you can create some of the most simple, yet delicious dishes. A recipe book comes with the fryer and showcases a number of easy recipes that can be prepared using the Gourmia air fryer. However, once you get hang of how to use the air fryer, you can use your own recipes to create your own meals.
Easy to Clean
Gourmia Air Fryer only comes with 2 removable pieces: the non-stick air fryer basket and crisper plate. The nonstick Gourmia basket and crisper tray are dishwasher safe and can be easily cleaned with just a paper towel.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about cooking chicken in my Gourmia Air Fryer. I was not sure if the fryer would completely cook the chicken, but was I wrong.
The chicken wings were fairly small.Therefore, the cooking time was short and they were completely cooked to the bone; even the meat were falling off the bones.
Air Fryer Chicken Wings Recipes
The Tyson chicken wings were purchased from Key Foods Supermarkets.
- Cut the drums from the flat of the wings.
- Season chicken wings with salt, pepper and all-purpose seasoning. Allow to marinate overnight.
- Place chicken wings into the air fryer basket.
- Preheat Air Fryer to “WINGS” 400 ºF. Cook wings for 17 minutes.
- In a bowl, add 1/3 cup BBQ sauce and 2 tbsps. soy sauce. Mix well together.
- After 15 minutes of cooking, press stop on Gourmia Air Fryer to pause cooking. Remove basket with chicken wings.
- Heavily base chicken wings with BBQ sauce . Continue to cook in air fryer for the remaining 2 minutes.
Air Fryer Cabbage Wedges.
I always roast cabbage wedges in the oven and they came out great. But, the air fryer does a better job at evenly browning and cooking the cabbage.
Only 5 simple ingredients are needed: cabbage, salt, black pepper, oil and i added my all-purpose seasoning (optional).
(1) Cut 1 whole cabbage in half. Slice one half into fairly equal size wedges, making sure that the heart of the cabbage is attached to each leaf of the cabbage.
(2) Brush cabbage wedges with olive oil and then add seasonings.
(3) Place cabbage on the crisper tray.
(4) Load into air fryer basket.
(5) Preheat the air fryer to “VEGETABLES” 350 ºF for 10 minutes.
Gourmia The Dehydrator
This was my first time dehydrating any food. I always purchase the store dehydrated fruits. I experimented with 2 ripe bananas and they came out surprisingly great. They were sweet and crispy and makes for a healthy snack idea.
The dehydration process takes about 7-8 hours. Therefore, I would recommend that you dehydrate your fruits or vegetable right before going to bed.
Slice your fruits and vegetables about 1/4 inch thick.
Layer onto the crisper tray. Press “dehydrate” and let the air fryer do the rest. Wake up in the morning to a delicious snack treat.
Air Fryer Pollock Fillets.
This is one of my favorite fish. Check out my Fried Pollack with Creamy Mushroom Sauce Recipe.
The Digital Gourmia Air Fryer does a perfect job at browning and cooking these fish fillets evenly. More importantly, the calories are cut by around 60%. This is due to the fact that significantly less oil is used during the air frying process.
Pollock Fillets were seasoned with salt, black pepper, and complete seasoning.
The fillets were allowed to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature before air frying.
Preheat Gourmia Air Fryer to “AIR FRY”
350 ºF and cook for 15 – 18 minutes.
Air Fryer Chicken Thigh Salad.
This is quick and easy salad. it’s a complete meal that the Gourmia Fryer helped to create.
I used the boneless Air Chilled Organic chicken thighs from Amazon Fresh online.
Season thighs with your favorite seasoning. Since the thighs were fairly marbled with fat, no oil was used.
Lay thighs onto crisper tray. Excess fat will melt and drain onto the base of basket.
Preheat oven to “Air Fry” 400 ºF and cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
The thigh were very crispy on the inside but very moist and tender on the inside.

Gourmia Air Fryer Tuna Tandoori Pizza.
Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner, this Air Fryer Tuna Melt Pizza makes a delicious protein-packed meal.
The tandoori flatbread is used as the base for the pizza. Layer with tuna, mozzarella cheese, and squirts of tomato ketchup.
Preheat Gourmia Air fryer to “BROIL” 375 ºF for 5 minutes or until cheese melts and base becomes toasted.
Air Fryer Broccoli In Popeyes Sweet Heat Sauce.
Check out my Stir Fry Broccoli In Popeyes Sweet Heat Sauce. I decided to try the same recipe using my air fryer instead of the stovetop.
Add broccoli florets to the air fryer basket.
Pour 1 packet of the Popeyes Sweet Heat Sauce onto the broccoli florets; Stir and mix well.
Preheat air fryer to “Air Fry” 350 ºF for 10 minutes.
Gourmia Air Fryer The Reheater.
Ditch the microwave. The Digital Gourmia Air Fryer does a very good job at reheating food without the condensation you will observe when most foods are microwaved.

Preheat Air Fryer to “REHEAT” 375 ºF for 8 minutes.
Gourmia Air fryer Tostones
I was very excited to try making tostones using my Gourmia Air Fryer.
Tostones are one of my favorite foods to eat. Using the air fryer to make these cuts the calories by at least 50%. The recipe is easy and simple.
(1) Peel Green Plantain and cut into about 1 inch thick pieces.
(2) Heat 1/4 cup oil in cast iron pot for 2-3 minutes.
(3) Add pieces of plantain to heated oil and cook on each side for 1-2 minutes just to soften them a bit.
(4) Add pieces to plantain presser and press to flatten. Lay them onto the crisper tray in the air fryer basket.
(5) Brush pressed plantain pieces with oil.
(6) Preheat Air fryer to “Air Fry” 350 ºF for 10 minutes.

Air Fryer Coconut Chicken Tenders
These coconut chicken tenders from Whole Foods Market are my favorite frozen food item.
The Gourmia Air Fryer is very good at cooking frozen dinners or frozen foods.
To cook these chicken tenders, preheat the air fryer to “BAKE” 375 º F for 20 minutes. You can add them to salads, make tacos, or add to pasta for a delicious one-pot meal.
