I’ve only tried cassava in crisps form, so this sounds like something I need to make ASAP! Plus sweet & sour is a combo I just adore, can’t wait to get some cassava to get this going!

    1. Thank you Pastor Natalie. I have made it with salmon, and chicken; they were delicious. You can even make it with vegan meat or just veggies such as cauliflower or broccoli.

  6. This recipe sounds very interesting and in tempted to give it a try. However, I really dislike seafood, so what would be a good replacement for the shrimp? What would your recommendations be to replace the shrimp and still keep the essence of the recipe?
