INGREDIENTS
2 Stone Fire Garlic Flat Bread
1 cup Pizza Sauce
2 pieces Goya Piquillo Spanish Peppers
1 cup Canned Black Beans
8 large Black Canned Olives, sliced
1/2 cup Grated Low Sodium Cheddar Cheese
Half Medium Onion finely diced
1/2 cup Baby Spinach, frozen
2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Let’s layer the flavors:
Lay Flat bread on a pizza plate or flat metal tray.
Spread pizza sauce on to flat breads
Evenly add 1/2 Black Olives, Spinach, Onion and Roasted Sweet Peppers.
Add 1/2 cheese.
Evenly layer remaining ingredients: Olives, Spinach, Sweet Peppers and then Cheese.
Sprinkle Dried Parsley on top.
Cook in oven for 20 – 25 mins. Serves 4.
